Spring Gardens Resident Welfare Association is community representing all the owners who own a plot in BMRDA approved Residential Layout named SPRING GARDENS situated in Bangalore.
SPRING GARDENS was marketed and sold by SKC developers.
Spring Gardens is spread across 22 acres across S. Medahalli and Handenahalli ( off Sarjapur-Attibelle Road, SH35).
The layout has a total of 312 plots, across three phases.
We have come together to transform the layout condition and make it more habitable.

Where Can I Pay property taxes?
What is the Annual Maintenance Charges?
Annual maintenance charges are used for best effort upkeep of the concerned owners plot and common spaces. We also utilize the funds for improving greenery within the community. We are currently collecting INR3.60 per sqft annually.
