Coming out of CoVID was biggest positive. It has altered each of us in different ways. Nevertheless, it is good to be alive and kicking.
Boosting collections was not easy and the board members did have to face some tough questions and undertake some hard decisions.
While resources were curtailed to match expenses with collections, there were lot of questions on allocation or resources for individual site maintenance versus common spaces.
While budget constraints constrained ability to make big investments, efforts to improve greenery around the community continued. We should see the fruits of these efforts over the next three years.
SGRWA community took advantage of the online tax payment platform rolled out by the Karnataka Government for sub-urban properties. We also put together Property IDs for all the owners who paid maintenance dues and shared photographs of the sites setting stage for E-khata applications.
We also had re-election of board, while we had new secretary nominated, there were no changes to the President and Treasurer.
As always SGRWA is open for new ideas...so keep it rolling.
